Local Non-Profit organizations must call to get an application.
For-Profit Food Vendors and Novely Vendors located on the midway.
For-Profit Vendors are charged by the running foot. All food vendors have a $400 minimum. Novelty vendors have no minimum. Running foot is calculated by adding the short side and the long side of your unit. This measurement must include any hitches, awnings, and prep areas. You will only be allowed the space that is requested on your application, so please measure carefully. Space is granted on a first come first serve basis. The midway is divided into zones(see fair layout section). Each vendor must choose three spaces selecting 1st, 2nd, and 3rd choices.
Exclusives are granted to the carnival and must be abided by. Selling an exclusive in your booth may result in your booth being closed without rental monies being returned.
No extension cords are allowed outside of your unit. Each unit must have a direct connection to the power source.
All food vendors and novelty vendors are required to return the application, vendor information sheet, picture of station(for first time exhibitors), deposit fee, and half of space fee.
Reminder: All food vendors have a $400 minimum for space.
All vendors are required to only sell soda products and water in 20 ounce bottles. The fair board will decide which brand of product will be sold. All product is purchased directly from the fair board at the beginning and during the fair.
All vendors must check in at the fair office prior to setting up on the midway. All vendors can start to set up Monday before the opening of the fair.
